I’ve been meaning to tell you how much I LOVE the ring you designed for me. I’m glad you suggested incorporating the gold from my original wedding ring into my new ring. It did help to retain the sentimental value of the ring, and at the same time give me the ring I had always wanted. Reg, I can't thank you enough for making my beautiful reverse cradle wedding ring for my 25th Wedding Anniversary. It is exactly what I wanted and absolutely "STUNNING"! To take my engagement ring, wedding band and the 10 year anniversary band, that you made for me in 1994, and create "the masterpiece" is just amazing to me. It's one of a kind. When I went to meet my husband at the shop and pick it up I was just so overwhelmed. He totally caught me off guard when he got down on one knee in your shop and asked me if "I would marry him again" with the ring in his hand. WOW, didn't see that coming! When I got into the car and put my hand on the steering wheel and saw my ring on my finger, I just started crying. I couldn't believe that was mine; so overwhelming. You are truly truly gifted!!! Your staff is awesome to work with, very professional and accommodating. For you to create and make this ring in ONE WEEK, I thank you for that. Designet, We received our rings on Friday, July 3, and took my engagement ring to our local jeweler yesterday for the diamond to be set. We LOVE them! My ring is much more delicate than I was expecting. The internet photos make the ring look bulkier. The six small diamonds in my wedding band were the perfect choice. I brought my rings to work today to show them off and everyone thinks they are awesome. No one had ever seen anything like a reverse cradle. They are everything we wanted and more. The fact that we used some gold from our original wedding bands and my diamond from my engagement ring makes them even more special. Tom's ring arrived yesterday and I am SO pleased and excited to have it! It was actually different than I expected it to be, but in a really wonderful way. I thought the small diamonds would go inside the circle knots, but it makes much more sense and is visually better that they were placed in the center of the murphy knots instead, as it doesn't block the lovely circle knots.
As always, you guys did beautiful work, doubly wonderful after such a long bout of patience on your part dealing with my indecision and angst. I can't thank you enough for being so kind to me while dealing with the loss of my mom's ring and the decision to have the new ring created for my husband using the metal and stones from Mama's ring. I don't know of many businesses who would keep a piece of jewelry in their safe for a year while the owner dithered around trying to decide what to do, and I don't have words to explain how grateful I am that you were gentle with me when I explained why it was such an agonizing decision. DeSignet is definitely our family jeweler, and we recommend you to everyone we know with absolutely no reservations and with great enthusiasm.
