I just wanted to take a moment to say thank you and that my ring came yesterday and I am very happy with it. Be sure to thank Bob for working on the design and the rest of the staff that made my first custom jewelry experience well worth the patience and money. My attitude has always been, why spend money on many things you moderately like when you can spend a bit more and get exactly what you want.  Photo At first I was hesitant to get such a large face of a ring but you guys pulled it off with class and it fits the size of my hand expertly. This is definitely a piece that will wear great most days. On a side note, I have other silver that I take care of and polish occasionally, however the “buffing cloth” that looks and feels like a suede, either way it is the BEST polishing tool I’ve used! Hi Mandy; well we picked up the rings on March 12th and all we can say is... WOW!!!  Photo Al and I are so pleased with both rings, but specifically mine! we've been wearing them since we picked them up and I've have several people comment on them saying that they are the most unique rings that they have seen and the best part is when I show them the reverse cradle part it just blows their minds! So again, thank you for all your assistance on this order! We have been spreading the word about your fabulous rings and just so you know we have been searching different jewellers and checking out styles online for quite sometime and when we found your rings it was exactly what we had envisioned...and now that we have the real thing on our fingers...its even more spectacular! Harry, Thank you for your patience and help with our order, Mike and I are getting excited about seeing these. I have yet to find any jewerly store after searching in chico california, and all over knoxville at different stores and looking into catalogs to find the design we wanted. Photo We wll contune to find other pieces in the furture and contact you for your help. Thanks again, and we will have a picture at the weding taken of us with our rings so that you can put a face with the highway patrol officer, and the florist/interiordesigner, who after 20 yrs of friendship got a chance to love each other for all the right reasons.. Harry -- The rings arrived Friday... they are BEAUTIFUL! Photo Thanks so much for all of your help and coordination. The setting was so perfectly made that when the jeweler placed the diamond in the setting just to see what it looked like, the diamond would not fall out when she turned the ring upside down! Hi Mandy, I just wanted to let you know how much I *LOVE* my ring. It was gifted to me on the 23rd of December--a magical night for me. It has not come off my finger since then. I can't tell you how many people have told me they love it--especially the triangle knot design on it. It's very sparkly and just perfect. Not over the top, but not something you miss, either! I found raru.com years ago but was unsure of making the online plunge for something as important as my engagement ring. But then I scrolled down to the bottom of the page and discovered that DeSignet is a mere 20 minute drive from my hometown. I was determined that I had to go and visit and see if the craftsmanship is as beautiful in person as it is online. Not only was the quality to the highest standard but the staff was so friendly. I knew that my ring would be just perfect and I am very happy with the results. But that isn't' the end of the story. In talking to various family members about my ring I discovered that my grandparents got their own rings from Schopp's Jewelry in Tonawanda. So not only did I get a ring that is unique, was made for me, was reasonably priced, and beautiful, but I am also supporting a local jeweler, not a national chain and I was able to go to the same people who made the rings for my grandparents. A marriage that has lasted over 50 years. I can't wait until it's time to go back and design my wedding bands, a family crest ring for my father and a mother's ring for my mom.
