Ken and I picked up our rings from Bob on the weekend and I can't tell you how thrilled we are with them. They are more beautiful than we ever expected. The workmanship and detail is exquisite. They are everything we wanted and more. The fact that we used some gold from our original wedding bands and my diamond from my engagement ring makes them even more special. I can't thank you and the deSignet staff (especially Bob and Reg) enough for the wonderful experience we had working with you all. Please pass on our sincere thanks to each and every person who worked on our rings as they are true masters of their craft. I know in these hard economic times that things have probably slowed down somewhat as jewellery does tend to be a luxury item but I truly hope that people continue to give you their business as you deserve it. Harry, I wanted to let you know that we received the custom cufflinks and tie tack on the promised date. I have just been a little behind in sending this note out. I was very impressed with how the cufflinks and tie tack turned out!! Your graphic designer Bob did a great job with the design from the information he received regarding what I was looking for. I really appreciate all your help with figuring out what exactly I wanted to create. Photo My husband and I got our wedding bands, and engagement ring from you a few years back. Harry, One word to describe the work…Magnificent! Thank you. Friends that asked why we drove all that way when Jared is next to the local mall, took a look and said they understand now. Dear Designet, You designed my husbands cigar band wedding ring, with the family crest on it. Our names on each side. It was a custom design and you all did a wonderful job.He wanted a unique ring, and that is what he got. It is unique and beautifully detailed. Tom's ring arrived yesterday and I am SO pleased and excited to have it! It was actually different than I expected it to be, but in a really wonderful way. I thought the small diamonds would go inside the circle knots, but it makes much more sense and is visually better that they were placed in the center of the murphy knots instead, as it doesn't block the lovely circle knots.
As always, you guys did beautiful work, doubly wonderful after such a long bout of patience on your part dealing with my indecision and angst. I can't thank you enough for being so kind to me while dealing with the loss of my mom's ring and the decision to have the new ring created for my husband using the metal and stones from Mama's ring. I don't know of many businesses who would keep a piece of jewelry in their safe for a year while the owner dithered around trying to decide what to do, and I don't have words to explain how grateful I am that you were gentle with me when I explained why it was such an agonizing decision. DeSignet is definitely our family jeweler, and we recommend you to everyone we know with absolutely no reservations and with great enthusiasm.
